Javed Khan is the CEO at Viable Consulting He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations & Research Management from Mumbai University. He brings to the table 15+ years of expertise in the field of Property and Infrastructure Management.
He has worked with renowned organizations such as DP World, Everstone Capital Advisors Pvt. Ltd., Future Capital Holdings Ltd. (Future Group), Coldwell Banker Richard Ellis (CBRE India), and ITC Hotels Grand Maratha Sheraton and Towers (ITC Group).

Mudassir Iqbal is the Head – Planning & Estimation Engineer of multiple services including MEP, HVAC, Structural Design, and PMC for Viable Consulting Ltd. He holds an engineering degree from NMIMS, Mumbai and has over 6+ years of experience in construction management and project management services for high-rise residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects in India. Through his thorough knowledge and key technical strengths, Mudassir and his team ensure seamless flow of projects from designing to completion stage.

Meha is the Vice-President – Business Development at Viable Consulting She holds a Bachelor’s degree of Commerce from Mumbai University. She possesses great talent and skillset in understanding client requirements and accordingly completing the task. She brings to the table vast experience of 15+ years in Sales & Marketing with renowned organizations like Staples Future, Atlanta Forms, Anupam Paper Pvt. Ltd., etc.
